Let's talk.

Kura Mai Collective was founded by experienced educators Mark Armstrong and Diana Hoskin, who share a passion for helping learners, educators and school communities flourish.

Between them, Mark and Diana bring decades of experience across specialist learning support, educational leadership, wellbeing and youth development. As former RTLB practitioners, senior school leaders and programme facilitators, they understand schools from the inside out—and work alongside educators to create practical solutions that make a lasting difference.

Both are exceptional with learners and families, bringing such relational expertise. It’s obvious that relationships are key in their practice. - Sarah McCarrison

Mark Armstrong is an exceptional educator — vibrant, deeply intelligent, endlessly creative and extraordinarily versatile, with a rare ability to inspire, challenge and genuinely connect with every young person he works with. He brings an infectious energy and combines innovation, empathy and professionalism in a way that makes him not simply an outstanding teacher, but the kind of educator students remember for the rest of their lives. - Sal Gordon
